Functional Brain Imaging Experimental Design and Analysis
In this website, I compile and present some basic tools and practical procedures that are involved in initial preprocessing and generic analysis of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) experimental data. I begin with a brief introduction to the nature of the MRI signal, the BOLD signal, and the different types of fMRI experimental designs, and then move on to analysis and presentation and report of results.
